🎾 Services Description

Valter Paiva Tennis Academy provides tennis coaching, training programs, camps, clinics, and related services for students of all ages and skill levels. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Private one-on-one tennis lessons
• Group classes and clinics
• Junior development programs
• Summer camps and seasonal programs
• Tournament preparation and coaching
• Video analysis and performance tracking
• Strength and conditioning for tennis players

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

💳 Registration & Payment

1. All registrations must be completed through our official website forms or in-person registration.
2. Payment is required in full to secure your spot in any program or camp unless otherwise specified.
3. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
4. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations for non-payment or violation of these terms.

📝 Consent Requirements

By providing your phone number and checking the consent boxes on our registration forms:

• You consent to receive transactional text messages from Valter Paiva Tennis Academy regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to your service inquiries.
• You may separately consent to receive promotional and marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child.
• You understand that message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.
• You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer: Camp and program cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the start date for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Academy: If we cancel a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
5. Weather Cancellations: In case of inclement weather, we will provide make-up sessions or credits at our discretion.
6. Medical Emergencies: Refunds for documented medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

⚠️ Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Valter Paiva Tennis Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during training sessions, camps, or related activities.
• Participants assume full responsibility for their own physical condition and safety.
• Parents/guardians of minor participants assume responsibility on behalf of their children.
• You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before participation.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.

🤝 Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy
• Follow all safety instructions and facility rules
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Not use mobile devices during training sessions (except for emergencies)

We reserve the right to dismiss any participant for violation of the code of conduct without refund.

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, and training materials, is the property of Valter Paiva Tennis Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

📸 Photo & Video Release

Valter Paiva Tennis Academy may photograph or video record participants during programs for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use these images and videos. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the program begins.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
